In Asia, large-scale researches of epidemiology, pointed out that drinking four or more cups of green tea daily can help people maintain excellent health. Green tea polyphenols can inhibit activity information of starch, lower digestion and decomposing speed of carbohydrates to avoid raising levels of Insulin (fatness hormone).
